Refund & Exchange Policy

I put great care into my work. However, if for some reason your order arrives in less than perfect

condition due to a manufacturing defect or damage in the post, this is the process to be followed:

1- Claim the damage within 2 working days of receiving your order by sending an email to

crafty.dust@gmail.com providing clear photos of the defect or damage.

2- I will compare them with photos I have taken of your item(s) before shipping in order to confirm the

damage.

3- Once confirmed, I will reply via email asking you to ship the item back to me. I will coordinate the

courier pick up and you will be contacted by the shipper for collection. Please make sure that the item is

packaged in the same way it arrived to you. The shipping fee to ship the item back to me will be borne

by you.

4- When I receive the damaged item, I will send you a replacement free of cost along with a full

reimbursement of the item's price. The time required to ship the replacement may vary depending on

the item itself, but will not exceed 10 working days.

Items cannot be exchanged because they are made-to-order. So if you have any question about an item

you are interested in but unsure of, please be in touch before purchasing it.
