Since all items at Crafty Dust are made-to-order and customized, they cannot be refunded or exchanged. If you have any question about an item you are interested in but unsure of, please be in touch before purchasing it.



Your order may be cancelled if you change your mind as long as you contact us within 2 hours of placing the order. After that, the order would normally be processed and payment captured.



In case your package arrives and the items in the box are not the ones you purchased, kindly email us at and we will quickly make things right at no extra cost.



We put great care into our work at Crafty Dust. However, if for some reason your order arrives in less than perfect condition due to a manufacturing defect or damage in the post, this is the process to follow:

1- Claim the damage within 2 working days of receiving your order by sending an email to providing clear photographic evidence of the defect or damage.
2- Once approved, you will be contacted by the shipper for collection and are asked to return the item in it's original packing to the courier company. Please make sure the item is packaged in the same way it arrived to you.
3- When the damaged item is received at Crafty Dust, it will be fixed or replaced depending on the damage and will be sent back free of charge. The time required to ship the replacement may vary depending on the item itself, but should not exceed 10 working days.

Mistakes and issues are bound to happen from time to time, but rest assured that we always take responsibility and do our best to make things right - no exceptions.
